New Delhi: India International Property Awards (IIPA) was launched amidst much paparazzi and a brand new idea of involving the People of India. This first People’s Choice Award in real estate sector was a great initiative in making developers realize the extent of satisfaction their customers derive from the roofs they provide. With a record 68,55,360votes casted in multiple categories across 7 cities namely; Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluruand Kolkata, it was an honour to have been adjudged winner for Trusted Developer of the Year – North, Residential Project of the Year – North & Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year.
On winning this award, Mr. Ashok Gupta, CMD, AjnaraIndia Ltd. was ecstatic which was very much evident when he said “Real estate sector has always been seen from the corner of the eyes still searching for it’s true identity even after being a prime contributor towards India’s GDP and employment.
