Ajanra India scores a hattrick at IIPA 2015: People's choice realty awards

New Delhi: India International Property Awards (IIPA) was launched amidst much paparazzi and a brand new idea of involving the People of India. This first People’s Choice Award in real estate sector was a great initiative in making developers realize the extent of satisfaction their customers derive from the roofs they provide. With a record 68,55,360votes casted in multiple categories across 7 cities namely; Delhi/NCR, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Pune, Mumbai, Bengaluruand Kolkata, it was an honour to have been adjudged winner for Trusted Developer of the Year – North, Residential Project of the Year – North & Emerging Entrepreneur of the Year.

On winning this award, Mr. Ashok Gupta, CMD, AjnaraIndia Ltd. was ecstatic which was very much evident when he said “Real estate sector has always been seen from the corner of the eyes still searching for it’s true identity even after being a prime contributor towards India’s GDP and employment. IIPA Awards announces the names of its 1st list of Jury Members

New Delhi: India International Property Awards (IIPA) 2015 has announced the names of its first set of Jury Members who would be playing a very important role in deciding the winners of the prestigious award. The first set primarily consists of renowned research and analytical experts who have given decades for reading and researching about real estate. 

The first set of esteemed panel of Jury Members consist of: Anuj Puri (JLL), Sachin Sandhir (RICS), Tej Kapoor (DMG), Amit Puri (McArthur), Sanjay Dutt (Cushman & Wakefield) & Samir Jasuja (PropEquity). 

The role of Jury Members is an important one as they would be shortlisting the final winners who would have qualified through the 1st & 2nd qualifying rounds. The first round is the biggest USP where crores of people will be invited for online polling, for their favourite realty players. In the second round the qualifiers from first round will be subjected to rating and evaluation process. In the final round the jury members would decide the final winners. 

Very soon the IIPA organising committee will be disclosing the second list of jury members which would have experts from diversified fields. During the whole process a lot of stress had been given to the process of inviting jury members. 

With such big names present themselves, IIPA Awards 2015 will not just be the most trusted & well organised but will also be the biggest realty award ever held in the country.

Industry Awards: easy way to track a developer's record

New Delhi: Industry awards as per real estate bodies and experts play an important role in tracking a real estate developer's track record. For a buyer it is very difficult to check the track record of his developer which otherwise is very important. 

So how does an Industry award helps?
